This Privacy Policy explains what information ListPilot collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our website and the Service.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide: name, email, and password (stored only as a salted hash).
- Billing information processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Connected-account data needed to provide the Service: OAuth tokens and data from marketplaces (e.g., eBay listings and orders) and suppliers you connect. Access tokens and supplier API keys are encrypted at rest.
- Usage data: logs, device and browser information, and actions taken in the app, used to operate and improve the Service.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
- To create listings, read orders, and submit tracking on your behalf to the accounts you connect.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate with you about your account and support.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, database, and payment providers) under confidentiality obligations, with the marketplaces and suppliers you choose to connect, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements. You can request deletion of your account data (see below).
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption of sensitive secrets at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correct, export, or delete your account data.
- Disconnect any connected marketplace or supplier at any time.
- Depending on your location, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Contact us to exercise them.
International users
We may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required.
