Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 10/16/2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of our Terms of Service. It exists to keep ListPilot, its users, and their marketplace accounts in good standing. By using the Service you agree to follow it.

Source your inventory legitimately

You may only list products you are authorized to sell and able to fulfill. Appropriate sources include your own inventory and genuine wholesale or dropship suppliers who permit resale and ship your orders directly with real tracking.

Honest tracking only

You must provide buyers and marketplaces with the genuine carrier tracking number for the actual shipment the buyer receives. ListPilot does not generate, synthesize, or alter tracking numbers, and you may not use the Service to upload fabricated, mismatched, or placeholder tracking. Misrepresenting shipment or tracking information to a marketplace or buyer is prohibited.

Respect marketplace and supplier policies

You are responsible for complying with the policies of every platform you connect. In particular, note that some marketplaces — including eBay — prohibit fulfilling orders by purchasing from another retailer or consumer marketplace (such as buying from Amazon and having it shipped to your buyer). Do not use ListPilot to operate any model a connected marketplace prohibits. If you are unsure whether your sourcing is permitted, confirm with the marketplace before listing.

Prohibited uses

  • Uploading false, misleading, or mismatched tracking or shipment data.
  • Listing counterfeit, infringing, recalled, stolen, unsafe, or prohibited/restricted items, or items you are not authorized to sell.
  • Evading a marketplace's detection or enforcement systems, or circumventing account, listing, or velocity limits through deception.
  • Scraping or ingesting another marketplace's catalog or data in violation of its terms.
  • Misrepresenting product condition, origin, pricing, or availability.
  • Fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity.
  • Abusing, reverse-engineering, overloading, or disrupting the Service.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates this AUP or that puts users, buyers, or marketplaces at risk. You remain responsible for your own account standing on every marketplace you use.
